Zitaii provides scheduled and on-demand vehicle maintenance services through a digital platform connecting companies, employees (referred to as "Members"), and certified service vendors. Services include diagnostics, oil changes, tire services, fluid checks, and more — delivered onsite at employer or partner locations.
Charges are initiated only upon vendor acceptance of a service order.
- Payments are processed via credit card through Zitaii’s secure platform.
- All services are prepaid; refunds are issued only in the case of cancellation per our Refund Policy.
Zitaii does not share customer personal addresses, phone numbers, or payment details with vendors.
All parties agree to:
- Keep sensitive information confidential.
- Use only Zitaii-issued communications (in-app, email, SMS) for all service-related coordination.
- Refrain from off-platform payments or exchanges.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Clients (e.g., companies, coworking spaces) agree to:
- Provide accurate member contact information (name, work email) for pre-registration purposes.
- Maintain access to service zones or designated parking areas for vendors.
- Inform employees of participation and allow communications from Zitaii related to scheduling, service status, or verification.
- Uphold safety, compliance, and cooperation during service days.
Zitaii reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access to its platform or services for breach of terms, abusive behavior, or misuse.
- Remove a vendor or customer based on repeated operational concerns.
- Discontinue services at a specific location if safety, regulatory, or logistical constraints arise.
- Clients and members may cancel accounts at any time.
- Deletion requests must be submitted in writing and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All vendors operating under Zitaii must hold valid liability insurance and submit proof before onboarding.
- Zitaii carries umbrella coverage to ensure platform-wide safety.
- Zitaii is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing vehicle conditions, aftermarket modifications, or off-platform services.
- All service issues must be reported within 48 hours of completion.
Zitaii may revise these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app message. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
Members (employees or individual users) agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle information (VIN, make, model).
- Ensure vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time/location.
- Review and confirm completed services via the app/web dashboard.
- Acknowledge that service delays may occur due to weather, mechanical issues, or vendor constraints.
Zitaii only collects and shares: Name, work email (for pre-registration).
- Vehicle data (entered by the user).Service activity history (stored for diagnostics and ESG reporting).
- We never sell personal data.
- Vendors only receive anonymized service packets necessary to fulfill scheduled maintenance.
- All data use complies with U.S. privacy laws.
Any requested changes to service must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Zitaii cannot guarantee last-minute modifications. Missed service appointments may incur a no-show fee.
Zitaii™ and all associated logos, product designs, content, and technologies are proprietary. You may not reproduce, republish, or reuse any content without written consent.
